On Day 1, you’ll explore core teachings on mindfulness, meditation, and walking meditation, supported by guided practices and reflections.

Most people are afraid of suffering. But suffering is a kind of mud to help the lotus flower of happiness grow. There can be no lotus flower without the mud.

Understanding our Minds with Buddhist Psychology

Learn more about the nature of the mind with insightful commentary on Thich Nhat Hanh’s classic teachings on the “seeds of karma,” how to look after our minds, working with strong emotions, and how to bring mindfulness to our relationships.

The practice of mindfulness helps us to touch Mother Earth inside of the body and this practice can help heal people. So the healing of the people should go together with the healing of the Earth. This kind of enlightenment is very crucial to a collective awakening.
